Quick Return Policy Overview:

• In-store purchases: 7-day return window for store credit only
• Online/app purchases:
  • Full refund within 7 business days
  • Exchange or store credit from 7-10 days after delivery
• All items must be unworn with original tags attached
• Jewelry, intimates, face coverings, and ALL sale items are final sale

How to Return Online Orders:

1. Visit our Self-Service Returns Portal
2. Enter your order details
3. Select items to return
4. Print your prepaid return label (valid for 10 days)

International Orders:

• 7-day window to initiate returns
• 20% restocking fee applies
• Final sale after 7 days

Important Notes:

• Inventory control tags must remain intact for returns
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• All merchandise is final sale after 10 days
