- In-store purchases: 7-day return window for store credit only

Online/app purchases:
- Full refund within 7 business days
- Exchange or store credit from 7-10 days after delivery
- All items must be unworn with original tags attached
- Jewelry, intimates, face coverings, and ALL sale items are final sale
How to Return Online Orders:
- Visit our Self-Service Returns Portal
- Enter your order details
- Select items to return
- Print your prepaid return label (valid for 10 days)
International Orders:
- 7-day window to initiate returns
- 20% restocking fee applies
- Final sale after 7 days
Important Notes:
- Inventory control tags must remain intact for returns
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- All merchandise is final sale after 10 days
